Striving for Environmentally Sustainable Corporation in Food and Drugs Industry, BPOM promoted sustainable production and consumption of food and drug for Indonesia to stand for World Environment Day 2023. As a form of its commitment, BPOM held an event with the theme of “Road to Sustainable Corporate Governance” on July 17th, 2023. In the event, four IPMG members won awards for their environmental sustainability initiatives that were embedded in their operations. Their endeavours were awarded in a range of categories, one of them was foreign direct investment. The award itself has several tiers from titanium to bronze.

• Abbot Indonesia – Silver

The awards were a form of recognition and appreciation from BPOM for all the efforts that have been made by industries to advance environmentally sustainable corporate governance. This will boost the spirit and commitment of IPMG members toward the sustainability of the pharmaceutical industry. IPMG and its members have always been supporting the government and delivering innovations to Indonesian patients.
